When you need assistance;

From the easy to the emergency, please click here, or the icon to the right, and tell us about it.  I know email may seem slower than a call, but this special email creates a service ticket and everyone in the company gets a copy.  Your request is tracked and cannot get lost in voice mail or the inbox of one employee who may be on vacation!  When we complete work on your request your company will receive a feedback email telling them what the problem was, what we did to fix it, and confirm all is well.

When you want remote control of your work PC;

Click here, or the icon to the right, and you can log into your work PC from anywhere you have internet access.  If you do not have a remote log in user ID and Password send us a request for assistance email thru the instructions above and we will take care of you.
